Please read these Terms of use (“Terms”) carefully before downloading the software. HotelioHub, s.r.o. (“HotelioHub”) based in address Markova 13, Bratislava, 85101, Slovakia with IČO: 51116855, DIČ: 2120623274, provides a service that allows users to create unique personal profiles and communicate and meet with other members based on location. These Terms govern and apply to your access and use of HotelioHub's social networking services available via I am MAX app (“I am MAX”).
HotelioHub Terms agreement
By accessing or using our services, you agree that you are age 13 or older, you understand and agree to these Terms, and if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.
If you do not understand or do not agree to the TERMS, do not use the HotelioHub app. If you do not agree to the TERMS, then you have no right to access or use the service. Use of the service is void where prohibited.
Audience in the application
You may use the services only if you are 13 years or older and are not prohibited from using the services under applicable law or under any provision of these Terms. Additional eligibility requirements are as follows.
By using HotelioHub service, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and/or are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. HotelioHub does not currently conduct criminal background screenings on its members. HotelioHub also reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check, at any time and using available public records, to confirm your compliance with your representations and warrants above.
Users of the application give a permission to hotels contact them for reasons: check-in, reservation of service in hotel, request and questions in “Ask MAX” section in app, offer products and services of the hotel and out the hotel and also in case hotel need more information.
Only hotels user select in the application can contact users directly by chat or by smart notifications.
Privacy policy
Please refer to our privacy policy for information on how we collect, use and disclose information, including personal information, from our users.
HotelioHub reserves the right to remove any member for any or no reason from the database. You acknowledge and agree that HotelioHub may store removed information at its sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that HotelioHub shall have a right to display public information of removed accounts. You acknowledge and agree that HotelioHub is not liable for any lost or intentionally deleted information or data.
Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our privacy policy. By using the service you acknowledge and agree that you have read the Terms of the privacy policy.
Creating new I am MAX account
To access and use the services, you will need to register and create an account (your "account"). You can do this by providing an email address and password or through your account with Facebook, LinkedIn. When creating an account, you will be required to provide certain personal information about yourself like name, nationality, languages you speak, hobbies, work, picture, short description of yourself etc. If you choose to register your account using your Facebook account, we will extract certain personal information from your Facebook account, such as your name, email address and profile photo. Only users who are 18 or older may register an account.
It's important that you provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your account, and you agree to update such information, as needed, to keep it accurate, complete and up-to-date.
If you decide to use Check-In feature you need to provide us with personal details like: name, home address, date of birth, passport ID, city where passport was issued, Expiration, Nationality, Country of residence, Cellphone. All data are stored secured in cloud and are visible only to hotel you select from list (means you have to check-in there and give hotel those information anyway). This feature saves user time and time in hotel reception since hotel can make the room and check-in ready before guests come to hotel.
You agree that you won't disclose your account password to anyone and you'll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you know about them.
Content rights
For purposes of these Terms: "content" means text, graphics, images works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided or otherwise made available through the services; and "user content" means any content that account holders (including you) provide to be made available through the services. Accordingly, content includes but is not limited to user content.
HotelioHub does not claim any ownership rights in any content that you make available through the services and nothing in these Terms will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit your user content. Subject to the foregoing, HotelioHub and its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the services and content, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the services and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Slovakia and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the services or content.
Hotels having legal contract with HotelioHub have full access to ADMIN web to:
- Manage content in app
- Chat with their guests
- Manage reservations and requests
- Manage Check-In requests
- Track statistics and feedback
- Access to personal data of their guests
Reservation of the hotel services
Users accept and fully understand that making a reservation in I am MAX app is valid and binding and hotel may apply a fee for the service following their price list and terms of service in current hotel. Created reservation in the app will be proceed to selected hotel and may be send to hotel PMS system directly. Cancellation of the reservation is possible via app or directly in reception. All reservation users created and will be not used will be charged to users anyway following the price list and terms of current hotel.
Users may be contacted by hotel for confirmation of the reservation or collection additional information needed for such a service.
Find Mate events
By using Find Mate feature users accept that their personal details (all personal details except Check-in details) can be visible to other users in the application (only users checked-in in the same hotel at the same dates). Using Find Mate feature user also accept that could be contacted via chat by another user to confirm the event or for some other questions.
By using Find Mate feature user accept that the behavior during meeting and chatting with other user will be polite and is not braking any rules from section below: “Rules and Restrictions”.
All users understand and accept that creating or joining the Find Mate event is voluntary but binding. Joining the Find Mate event users accept the fee could be applied following the current hotel terms and price list. In case user is not able to join the Find Mate event there is opportunity to cancel the joining via I am MAX application 1 hour before the event begins.
Collected content
By making any user content available through services you hereby grant to HotelioHub a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicense able, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform and distribute your user content in connection with operating and providing the services and content to you and to other account holders.
You are solely responsible for all your user content.
If you created I am MAX account following types of information will be used:
- Email address
- Location: city, state/province, country, postal code
- Gender
- Nationality
- Languages user speak
- Hobbies
- Current work
- Short description of user
- Profile picture
- Check-In details:

- Home address
- Date of birth
- Passport ID
- City where passport was issued
- Expiration of passport
- Country of residence
- Cellphone number
You can edit or delete these information in the I am MAX app or send email to info@hoteliohub.com.
Rules and restrictions
HotelioHub is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used by members in connection with any of their commercial endeavours. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members and shall not use the service or the web site for any purpose without HotelioHub’s prior approval. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the web site, including collecting email addresses or other contact information of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, unsolicited private messages, and unauthorized framing of or linking to the web site will be investigated, and HotelioHub shall take appropriate legal action at its sole discretion, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. You acknowledge and agree that it is a violation of this policy to post, private message, or email to HotelioHub members any solicitations, spam, junk mail or other commercial information or any information that serves to benefit an organization, company, or business of which a HotelioHub member is an agent, member, employee, owner, leader, volunteer, or investor.
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is confidential, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or upload images which contain nudity (includes thongs and topless females from the back), pornography, sexually explicit, weapons, violence, or drugs;
- Impersonate any person or entity, forum leader, guide, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("rights") of any party;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to or that would have the effect of interrupting, destroying, or limiting the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
- Collect or store personal data about other members.
You further agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable user content, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country where you use the application.
Disclosure to protect abuse victims
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, HotelioHub reserves the right, but has no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the service if in its sole opinion HotelioHub suspects or has reason to suspect that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include without limitation elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information may be disclosed to authorities that HotelioHub, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate to handle such disclosure. Appropriate authorities may include without limitation law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that HotelioHub is permitted to make such disclosures.
Although we are not obligated to monitor access to or use of the services or content or to review or edit any content, we have the right to do so including, but not limited to, for the purpose of operating the services, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, in our sole discretion, consider any content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects the services. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
Links to third party sites or resources
The services may include links to other apps or sites that are not operated by us, including through advertisements. We are providing these links to you only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content or links displayed on such apps or sites. If you decide to download a third-party app or access a third-party site, you assume all risk related to such access and use.
Feedback
You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding the services ("feedback") will be the sole and exclusive property of HotelioHub and you hereby irrevocably assign to us all of your right, title and interest in and to all feedback. You agree that unless otherwise prohibited by law, HotelioHub may use, sell, disclose and otherwise exploit the feedback in any way and for any purpose, without restriction and without compensation to you.
Termination
You agree that HotelioHub may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your HotelioHub account, any associated other accounts, and access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but is not limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the tos or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification to the service (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your HotelioHub account includes (a) removal of account access to all offerings within the service available with a password, including but not limited to private messages and images that are password protected, (b) deletion of your password, and (c) barring further use of the service. Further, you agree that all terminations may be made in HotelioHub's sole discretion and that HotelioHub shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the service.

Warranty disclaimers
The services and content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, we explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of the services or any content.
Neither HotelioHub nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the services or content will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services (regardless of how such damages are characterized) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or content, or bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not HotelioHub has been informed of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow theses exclusions or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In no event will the total liability of HotelioHub or its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, consultants or agents (collectively, the "HotelioHub parties") arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or content exceed the greater of the amount you have paid to HotelioHub for use of the services or content or one hundred Euro (100,00 €). The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between HotelioHub and you.
General provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the services. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without HotelioHub's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. HotelioHub may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
Any notices or other communications provided by HotelioHub under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given: (i) by HotelioHub via email; or (ii) by posting to the services. For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
HotelioHub's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of HotelioHub. As used in these Terms, the word "including" means "including but not limited to." except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
